2/27/18-MM: The ICR team was asked to assist with finding technical and business resources for several applications for the Community Care Reimbursement System (CCRS) project team. Scott identified Fee Basis ICRs and messages were sent to Subscribing Package contacts. In Scott's message he said in the future some community care (i.e. non-VA provided care) claims will be processed using new systems that do not store the claim and payment data in VistA Fee Basis. However, some types of community care claims will continue to be processed in VistA Fee Basis. Applications that receive data from VistA Fee Basis must be contacted to determine if they will require information from the new systems. In Scott's 10/12/16 email to the ICR team he included the Registration ICRs and requested a business contact or office so the specific business need can be analyzed to determine what actions should be taken. Josh Faulkner and Nien-Chen (Shirley) Ackerman were the technical resources. They added Magda Rios-Bynum to help identify business contacts. ICR #1011 and ICR #4398 are Registration package ICRs. ICR #1011 provides access to the VATRAN API and ICR #4398 documents access to FIRST^VAUTOMA API. Scott said these ICRs permit access to software utilities and are not expected to be impacted by CCRS/VA Choice. On 2/22/18, Rich Muller said the CCRS project team no longer needed assistance with ICRs for the CCRS project.
