VIRTUAL PATIENT RECORD
Virtual Patient Record (VPR), patch VPR*1*2,is using
#1865 to get additional patient movement information beyond what VADPT
provides; specifically, looking for the movements tied to an admission using
the APCA index.
HEALTH MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
Data is extracted from the Patient Movement (#405) file
and used as part of the patient sync that syncs the VistA data with the JSON
Data System (JDS). This data is then used to create the patient record that
is available to the users.

Fields used by HMP are: Date/Time (#.01), Transaction (#.02), Attending
Physician (#.19), Facility Treating Specialty (#.09) and Ward Location (#.06).

HMP is also using the ATID1, APMV, B and C cross references to look up data in
the file.

**************************************************************************
HMP's subscription to this ICR expired on 10/27/17 with the shutdown of HMP.
HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch outlining the steps
for the sites to shut down the application.

If HMP is reactivated in the future, the HMP project team should review the
access provided by this ICR with the custodial application before reactivating
HMP's subscription to this ICR.

DBA Comments
01-15-14 DT: Added VPR as a subscriber, effective with VPR*1*2
(released fall of 2013)

4/15/16-MM: Added HMP as a subscriber to ICR #1865 for HMP v.2.0. HMP
provided the following information on their application's use of the Patient
Movement file (#405):

Data is extracted from the Patient Movement (#405) file and used as part of
the patient sync that syncs the VistA data with the JSON Data System (JDS).
This data is then used to create the patient record that is available to the
users.

Fields used by HMP are: Date/Time (#.01), Transaction (#.02), Attending
Physician (#.19), Facility Treating Specialty (#.09) and Ward Location (#.06).

HMP is also using the ATID1, APMV, B and C cross references to look up data in
the file.

9/27/17-MM: VPS originally requested access to ICR #565. It was agreed ICR
#1865 was a better choice. In another email discussing ICR #3363, Shawn Adams
said VPS*1*15 is on indefinite hold. A search of VPS* routines in Albany's
PATVEE gold account did not find any references to the DGPM global or any of
the cross references ("APTT1", "ATT1" and "ATID1") mentioned in emails
discussing ICR #1865 or 565. With VPS*1*15 and no references to the global
found in VPS routines, VPS will not be added as a subscriber to ICR #1865.
VPS can request subscription to this ICR in the future if needed for VPS*1*15
or another VPS patch.

11/2/17-DC: HMP's subscription to this ICR expires on 10/27/17 with the
shutdown of HMP. HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch
outlining the steps for the sites to shut down the application.

If HMP is reactivated in the future, the HMP project team should review the
access provided by this ICR with the custodial application before reactivating
HMP's subscription to this ICR.
